If you need us to be quick, mark your subject as Urgent/Semi-Urgent and we will tend to your email as quickly as we can :D

It's ok to change your mind

At Saudagar UK, we know customers like to look around before deciding on what to purchase.

This is why we operate on a non-obligatory basis when it comes to quotations ;D




Even if you ask "how much if we want to buy from site A and B", it is up to you to decide after receiving our quotation :D

It's completely fine to cancel - but only before making payment to us please.
Think of payment as a "Yes, i want this and I'm not backing out"

If your merchandise is out of stock at that moment, we'll refund you, no problem there.
We only do refunds in two events:

1) Your merchandise is unavailable at the time of purchase
2) Refunding excess charges (we always tell customers when we are overestimating)

So don't be shy!
