2) Kitorg hanya guna DHL - sebab DHL is relatively laju (approx 5 working days from UK to Msia). It is secure sebab boleh track online, and included in the delivery service ialah up to £50 insurance. Ia juga door to door, thing is kena ada orang kt rumah masa receive the parcel sebab kena sign.
3) Kami suka shop. Maka we specialise in things yang takde kt Msia. Lagi2 benda yang kitorg pernah try sendiri and loved it and some of them kitorg letak kt Flavours of the Month section on our website.
4) Because we live here and making delivering back home a serious matter, bagus kepada customer sbb we're available all year round. takde limited times to wait for kenalan/family balik overseas to bring your stuff for you. Limit luggage pun slalu 20kg via MAS, barang diorg shopping sendiri we dont know banyak ke tak. Kiranya guilt-free lah sikit if guna our service :) Also because its door-to-door tak perlu pegi meeting point to collect your stuff like some services do. Just be home.
5) We're looking for long term relationships dengan customers and we cant stress on that enough sebab we believe its always better than one-off transaction, pastu abis. cm, limitednya. better lagi kalau berpanjangan hubungan tu sbb we get the business, you get your supplies. win-win everyone's happy.
